સવારની સલામ વડોદરા જીએનએફસીની બહાર કેટલાક મુસાફરો વડોદરા શહેરમાં જવા માટે બસની રાહ જોઇને ઉભા હતા. એક રીક્ષાવાળા ભાઇ પોતાનો ઓટોરીક્ષા લઇને આવ્યા અને જ્યાં આ અજાણ્યા મુસાફરો ઉભા હતા ત્યાં રીક્ષા ઉભી રાખીને કોઇએ ઇલોરા પાર્ક તરફ આવવાનું છે કે કેમ તે બાબતે પુછ્યુ. રીક્ષા ચલાવનારા ભાઇ અપંગ હતા આથી ઉભેલા મુસાફરોને એમના પર દયા આવી અને આ અપંગને કંઇક મદદ કરીએ એવી ભાવના સાથે ઇલોરા પાર્ક તરફ જનારા મુસાફરો રીક્ષામાં બેસી ગયા. મુસાફરોને મુસાફરીની મજા આવી કારણકે આ સામાન્ય રીક્ષા કરતા જુદા પ્રકારની રીક્ષા હતી. એકદમ ચોખ્ખી ચણાક અને સરસ મજાના ગીતો પણ વાગી રહ્યા હતા. રીક્ષામાં બેઠેલા એક મુસાફરે રીક્ષા ડ્રાઇવરને સુચના આપતા કહ્યુ, " કાકા, પેલા વળાંક પાસે રીક્ષા ઉભી રાખજો." ડ્રાઇવરે એમને સ્મિત આપ્યુ અને રીક્ષા મુસાફરે કહ્યુ હતુ ત્યાં ઉભી રાખી. મુસાફરે નીચે ઉતરીને પાકીટ કાઢયુ અને પુછ્યુ, " કાકા, કેટલા રૂપિયા આપવાના છે ? " રીક્ષાવાળા ભાઇએ બે હાથ જોડીને કહ્યુ, " બસ, આપના આશીર્વાદ આપજો." આટલુ કહીને રીક્ષા હાંકી મુકી. રીક્ષામાં બેઠેલા બીજા મુસાફરોને આશ્વર્ય થયુ કે ડ્રાઇવરે ભાડાના પૈસા કેમ ન લીધા ? એક મુસાફરે આ બાબતે ડ્રાઇવરને પુછ્યુ એટલે ડ્રાઇવરે સ્પષ્ટતા કરતા કહ્યુ , " ભાઇ, મારે ભાડાના પૈસાની જરૂર જ નથી. હું જીએનએફસીમાં ક્લાસ-1 અધિકારી તરીકે ફરજ બજાવું છું. મારે મારી અપંગતાને પડકારવી હતી આથી કોઇની મદદ લીધા વીના જ રોજ ઓફીસ આવન-જાવન કરવા મારે એક વાહન લેવાનું હતું તો મેં વિચાર્યુ કે ઓટો રીક્ષા જ લઇ લઉં અને આવતી-જતી વખતે લોકોને બેસાડું તો મારાથી એટલી સેવા થાય અને લોકોનો પ્રેમ પણ મળે." દરીયાદીલ આ માણસની વાત સાંભળીને રીક્ષામાં બેઠેલા બધા મુસાફરો અવાચક થઇ ગયા એ જેમને સામાન્ય રીક્ષા ડ્રાઇવર સમજતા હતા એ તો એક સરકારી કંપનીના ક્લાસ-1 ઓફીસર હતા. આ સેવાભાવી માણસનું નામ છે ઉદયભાઇ ભટ્ટ મેસેજ આવા શેઅર કરાય આલતું ફાલતુ મેસેજ માટે તો ઘણા ગ્રુપ છે 👌🏻

FOOTNOTE : " Theologically speaking,a disagreement between heart and tongue or word and deed, about the declaration of faith in Islam is defined as hypocrisy. In the life time of the Prophet ( ﷺ ) there existed a group of hypocrites who traits of characters have been outlined in Ahadith. Humanly it is not possible to perceive malice hidden in one's heart. Even Allah's Messenger ( ﷺ ) hardly knew what lay in the hearts of people because, despite having the Exalted status of Prophet hood, he was fundamentally a human Allah, however had revealed hearts to him. But today,we have no error free source to pick hypocrites from the ranks of believers. Quite naturally, we fall back on the Hadith which provides us definite symptoms of the character and manners of hypocrites, So as to distinguish them from sincere Muslim. Ulama says that there are two aspects of hypocrisy, relating to faith and practice 1...In the first case, a hypocrite conceals his disbelief in his heart.. but verbally professes Islam. Anyone who belongs to this category of hypocrites will be, as stated in the Qur'an : Allah the Exalted says;; " Verily, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths(grade)of the fire, no helper will you find for them. (4:145) 2." In the second case, a man does have faith in his heart but in Practice he potrays the characteristics of a hypocrite, unfortunately a majority of today's Muslims practically behave like hypocrites and posses their propensities. It is this hypocritical attitude and moral deficiencies of Muslims that have degraded them and Islam unappealing "May Allah swt, Guide those Muslims with pure hearts,, and show them the Right Path... Lovely poem. कहाँ पर बोलना है और कहाँ पर बोल जाते हैं। जहाँ खामोश रहना है वहाँ मुँह खोल जाते हैं।। कटा जब शीश सैनिक का तो हम खामोश रहते हैं। कटा एक सीन पिक्चर का तो सारे बोल जाते हैं।। नयी नस्लों के ये बच्चे जमाने भर की सुनते हैं। मगर माँ बाप कुछ बोले तो बच्चे बोल जाते हैं।। बहुत ऊँची दुकानों में कटाते जेब सब अपनी। मगर मज़दूर माँगेगा तो सिक्के बोल जाते हैं।। अगर मखमल करे गलती तो कोई कुछ नहीँ कहता। फटी चादर की गलती हो तो सारे बोल जाते हैं।। हवाओं की तबाही को सभी चुपचाप सहते हैं। च़रागों से हुई गलती तो सारे बोल जाते हैं।। बनाते फिरते हैं रिश्ते जमाने भर से अक्सर। मगर जब घर में हो जरूरत तो रिश्ते भूल जाते हैं।।

आर आर पाटील और ऐम आई पटेल आर.आर. पाटलांच्या पुण्यतिथीनिमित्त आर.आर.पाटील अर्थात आबा गेल्यानंतर पहिल्यांदा आठवली.. ‘मरने के बाद आदमी का क्या रह जाता है?’ शांतपणे विचार केल्यानंतर समजलं बरंच काही राहून जातं. आबा मूळचे अंजनीचे. जन्म 1957 सालचा. 4 एकर शेती. तीसुद्धा त्या काळात कोरडवाहूच. घरची गरीबी. किती टोकाची..? “तर आबांचा शर्ट फाटला होता. सुई-दोरा घेऊन ते आईकडे गेले, आणि म्हणाले की हा शर्ट कसातरी शिऊन दे. शर्टची अवस्था बघून आई म्हणाली आता कुटं शिवायचा? एकच शर्ट असल्यानं अंगावर काय घालायचं हा प्रश्न होताच. तेवढ्यात सहज आबांची नजर वर गेली. वडिलांच्या मृत्यूनंतर त्यांचे कपडे गाठोड्यात बांधून ठेवले होते. जुने कपडे आबांनी टेलरकडे नेले. गावातल्या टेलरनंही हे कपडे आबांच्या वडिलांचे असल्याचं लगेच ओऴखलं. त्याच्याकडून आबांनी सगळे कपडे आल्टर करुन घेतले. आपल्याकडे मेलेल्या माणसाचे कपडे खरंतर घालत नाहीत. पण देवाघरी गेलेल्या वडिलांचे कपडे घालून आबा घरात आले, तेव्हा आईला डोळ्यातलं पाणी रोखता आलं नाही. त्याही परिस्थितीत मुलांनी शिकावं म्हणून आई आग्रही होती” ( मी कसा घडलो.. या आबांच्या जीवनचरित्रातून )

મારા અઝાન \ લાઉડ સ્પીકર અંગે ના એપ્રિલ ૧૮ ,૨૦૧૭ ના રોજના ટ્વીટ બાબતે આપ સૌ માંથી કેટલાક વડીલો અને મિત્રોએ ટ્વીટર, ફેસબુક, વોટ્સ એપ અને અન્ય માધ્યમો દ્વારા પોતાના મંતવ્યો વ્યક્ત કર્યા હતા. મને લાગે છે કે આ અંગે કંઇક ગેરસમજ થઈ છે જે દુર થવી જરૂરી છે. 1. જયારે મેં એમ કહ્યું હતું લાઉડ સ્પીકર નમાઝ નો હિસ્સો નથી એનો અર્થ એ નથી કે અઝાન માં થતા લાઉડ સ્પીકર ના ઉપયોગનો હું વિરોધી છુ . આ એક સરાસર ગેરસમજ છે.અઝાન માટે લાઉડ સ્પીકર નો ઉપયોગ જરૂરી છે. બલ્કે એની સાથે આધુનિક ટેક્નોલોજીનો ઉપયોગ પણ થવો જરૂરી છે. 2. જેમણે અઝાન ના સંદર્ભમાં ટ્વીટ કરીને ગુંડાગર્દી શબ્દ નો ઉપયોગ કર્યો હતો તેમને મારા જેવી વ્યક્તિનુ સમર્થન હોવુ એનાથી વધારે બીજી કોઇ ક્રૂર મજાક અને હાસ્યાસ્પદ બાબત હોઈ ન શકે.આવા ગુંડાગર્દી જેવા શબ્દપ્રયોગને વખોડવામાં જેટલા શબ્દો વાપરીએ તેટલા ઓછા છે. 3. મારી ટ્વિટ નો મતલબ એ હતો કે અઝાન અથવા અન્ય જરૂરી બાબતો સિવાય લાઉડ સ્પીકર નો બિનજરૂરી ઉપયોગ થતો હોય એવા કિસ્સામા સમાજના અગ્રણીઓએ વિચાર વિમર્શ કરીને સ્વૈચ્છિક રીતે યોગ્ય દ્રષ્ટીબિંદુ કેળવવુ જોઈએ. આ માત્રને માત્ર મારો અંગત અભિપ્રાય છે. 4.આપણા દેશ ના બંધારણે પ્રત્યેક વ્યક્તિ ને પોતાની મરજી મુજબનો ધર્મ/મઝહબ પાળવાનો અધિકાર આપ્યો છે .અને એ જ આ મહાન રાષ્ટ્રના બંધારણનો પાયો અને લાક્ષણિકતા છે. એની રક્ષા/હિફાજત કરવા આપણે કટિબદ્ધ છીએ અને દુનિયાની કોઈ પણ તાકાત આપણા આ અધિકારને છિનવી શકશે યા ખત્મ કરી શકશે નહી. હું આશા રાખુ છુ કે આ ખુલાસાથી મારી ટ્વિટ બાબતે થયેલ ગેરસમજ પર પૂર્ણવિરામ લાગશે. જય હિન્દ અહમદ પટેલ

અસ્સલામુઅલયકુમ વ.વ. આ મેસેઝ ભરૂચ જિલ્લાના દરેક મુસ્લિમ સમાજ નાં લીડરો, સંઘઠનો, કમિટિઓ ,ટ્રસ્ટો અને આગેવાનો માટે...... થોડાક દિવસો પહેલા મને એક એવા સમાજ માંથી આમંત્રણ મર્યું કે જેને દેશ અવિકસિત સમાજ તરીકે ઓળખે છે.કે જેમે આપણે દલિત તરીકે ઓળખીએ છીએ. સાહેબ જ્યારે હું ત્યાં ગયો અને જે હોલ માં આ કાર્યક્રમ રાખેલો હતો એ હોલ ની સુવિધાઓ અને મેનેજમેન્ટ જોઈને મને મારી જાત પર ગુસ્સો આવતો હતો અને વિચાર આવતો હતો કે એક અવિકસિત સમાજ તરીકે ઓળખાતા સમાજ પાસે આવો હોલ હોય કે જ્યાં સમાજ ના લોકોને એકત્રિત કરવા માટે સમાજ માં જાગૃતિ લાવવા માટે અને સંગઠનને મજબુત બનાવવા માટે આટલી સુંદર જગ્યા હોય ...અને આપણી પાસે આખી દુનિયા ને દાન કરવા માટે લાખો અને કરોડો રૂપિયા છે આપણી આ જિંદાદિલ કોમ જે ચાહે એ કરી શકે એમ છે તો પછી આપરી પાસે ભરૂચ શહેરમાં એક જગ્યા પણ ન હોઈ શકે.?????? સાહેબ આપણે એક એવા જિલ્લામાં રહીએ છીએ કે જે ગુજરાત નો બીજા નંબરની મુસ્લિમ મૅજોરીટી ધરાવટો જિલ્લો છે અને આવી જગ્યાએ પણ જો આપણે આપણા સમાજ માટે આટલું પણ ના કરી શકતા હોય તો આપણે આપણી જાતને સમાજ ના આગેવાનો, લીડરો કે નેતાઓ કેહવડાવી જિંદગી તો પુરી કરી નાખીશું પણ આવવા વાળી પેઢી આપણને કદાપિ માફ નહિ કરે. સાહેબ હું યાસીન દાદાભાઈ તહે દિલ થી એક ગુજરીશ કરું છું કે રાજકારણ , ફિરકા પરસ્તી ફિટનાઓ અને એક બીજાની ટાંટિયા ખેંચવાથી પર રહી સંગઠિત થઈ સમાજ માટે કંઈક કરીએ કારણકે જ્યારે જ્યારે પણ મુસલમાનો પર હાલાત આવે છે ત્યારે કોઈ એમ પૂછતાં નથી કે તું સુન્ની છે કે જમાતી , તું સિયા છે કે એહલે હદીસ કે પછી એમ પણ નથી પૂછતા કે તું ક્યાં પક્ષ માંથી છે. માટે જે જેને ફોલો કરે છે કરવાડો પણ જ્યારે દુનિયા સમક્ષ આવો તો બધું બાજુ પર રાખી ઇન્સાન બની અલ્લાહનો બંદો/બંદી બની પ્યારા હબીબ સલ્લલ્લાહુ અલયહિ વસલ્લમ ના ઉંમતિ બની ને બહાર આવો.... આ મારા સમાજ માટેના અંગત વિચારો છે કોઈએ પણ વ્યક્તિગત લેવું નહી... યાસીન દાદાભાઈ.

અભિપ્રાય... તમે પરસેવે રેબઝેબ છો , ખુબ તરસ લાગી છે પણ ક્યાંય પાણી નથી મળે તેમ , એવામાં તમે એક ઝાડના છાયાંમાં થાક ખાવા ઉભા રહો છો ! ત્યાં જ સામે થી એક મકાનના પહેલા માળની બારી ખુલે છે અને તમારી અને તે વ્યક્તિની આંખો મળે છે. તમારી હાલત જોઇને તે વ્યક્તિ તમને પાણી જોઇએ છે? તેવો ઇશારો કરે છે. હાલ તમને એ વ્યક્તિ કેવો લાગે ? આ તમારો પહેલો અભિપ્રાય છે તે વ્યક્તિ નીચે આવવાનો ઇશારો કરીને બારી બંધ કરે છે . 15 મિનિટ થવા છતાંય નીચેનો દરવાજો નથી ખુલતો. હવે તે વ્યક્તિ પ્રત્યે તમારો અભિપ્રાય શો? આ તમારો બીજો અભિપ્રાય છે . થોડીવાર પછી દરવાજો ખુલે અને તે વ્યક્તિ એમ કહે કે " મને વિલંબ થવા માટે માફ કરજો , પણ તમારી હાલત જોઇને મને પાણી કરતાં લીંબુનું સરબત આપવું યોગ્ય લાગ્યું માટે થોડી વધુ વાર લાગી." હવે તે વ્યક્તિ વિષે તમારો અભિપ્રાય શો? યાદ રાખજો કે હજુ તો પાણી કે શરબત કાંઇ મલ્યું નથી ને તમારો ત્રીજો અભિપ્રાય મનમાં જ રાખો. હવે જેવું તમે સરબત જીભને લગાવો છો ત્યાં જ તમને ખ્યાલ આવે કે તેમાં ખાંડ જરા પણ નથી ! હવે તે વ્યક્તિ તમને કેવો લાગે? એક સામાન્ય પ્રસંગ માં પણ જો આપણો અભિપ્રાય આટ્લો ખોખલો અને સતત બદલાતો હોય તો આપણે કોઇનો પણ અભિપ્રાય આપવાને લાયક સમજવા જોઈએ કે નહી? હકીકતે દુનિયામાં એટલું સમજાણું કે જો તમારી અપેક્ષાના ચોખટામાં બંધ્બેસતું વર્તન સામેની વ્યક્તિ કરે તો તે સારી, નહીં તો તે ખરાબ. એક વાત લઈ થોડું વિચારીએ... એક કલાકાર હતો. રોજ નાટકમાં કામ કરે. એક દિવસ એક વ્યક્તિએ તેને પૂછયું કે નાટકમાંથી તમે તમારી જિંદગીમાં શું શીખ્યા? નાટકના એ કલાકારે સરસ વાત કરી. તેણે કહ્યું કે, નાટકમાંથી એક જ વસ્તુ હું શીખ્યો છું કે તમારો રોલ પૂરો થઈ જાય એટલે તમારે સ્ટેજ છોડી દેવાનું છે ...! આપણે કંઈ છોડતાં નથી એટલે જ દુઃખી થઈએ છીએ. આપણને ઘણી વખત ખબર જ નથી પડતી કે આપણો રોલ ક્યાં પૂરો થાય છે.

पूरे तीन साल भारतीय मीडीयाने आपको व्यस्त रख कर आम आदमी के बुनियादी सवालों को गायब कर दिया गया ! अब ज़रा गौर करो *क्या इन तीन सालों में* कभी आपने टीवी पर सरकारी शिक्षा के गिरते स्तर पर बहस देखीं हैं? *क्या इन तीन सालों में*कभी आपने ग्रामीण भारत में आज भी हो रहे बाल विवाह की समस्या पर "एक्सपर्ट्स की कोई टीम टीवी पर देखी है? *क्या इन तीन सालों में*कभी आपको सड़को पर भीख मांगते और भूख से बिलखते बच्चों के पीछे लगा कोई मीडिया कैमरा देखा है? *क्या इन तीन सालों में*कभी आपने नालों फुटपाथों पर जिंदगी को कूडे के ढेर की तरह ढोते हुए लोगों के लिए किसी को चिल्लाते हुए देखा है? *क्या इन तीन सालों में*कभी आपने आत्महत्या करते किसानों के बारे में किसी को सहानुभूति जताते हुए देखा है? *क्या इन तीन सालों में* कभी आपने बेरोजगारी की मार झेल रहे नौजवानों के हक में किसी को बात करते हुए देखा है? *क्या इन तीन सालों में* कभी आपने कुपोषण से शिकार महिलाओं एवं बच्चों के लिए क्या किया जाए जिससे ये कमी दूर हो सके इस पर बात होते हुए सुना है ? *क्या इन तीन सालों में* हायर एजुकेशन वाले बच्चों के स्कॉलरशिप के बारे में कोई बहस होते हुए सुना है ?जिससे गरीब बच्चों को सहायता मिल सके? *क्या इन तीन सालों में* कभी आपने मीडिया में जेलों में बंद बेगुनाह नौजवानों की रिहाई के बारे में बहस करते हुए देखा है? मीडिया व्यर्थ के मुद्दों पर व्यस्त *"समान नागरिक संहिता"* तैयार है *कुछ सप्ताह तीन तलाक* पर बहस करके अपने राष्ट्रवाद पर इतरा सकते हो तो ठीक है, अगर इस मुद्दे को ज्यादा ना चला सको तो फासीवाद की फैक्ट्री में अगला "एपिसोड" बनकर तैयार होगा। *आखिर हम कब तक*इन मुद्दों पर चर्चा करते रहेंगे. जिस का देश और आम जनता को कोई फायदा नहीं। *आखिर हम कब तक*अपनी नाकामी को छुपाने की साजिश रचने वालों का शिकार होते रहेंगे।

✯``Few Important teachings of Islam``✯ *इस्लाम कहता है कि हमें एक ईश्वर को पुजना चाहिए जो हम सबका मालिक हैं। जिसका कोई रंग हैं ना कोई रूप हैं। जिसे किसी ने नहीं बनाया पर उसने हर चीज़ को बनाया।* आपके अतराफ मे कोई मुस्लीम ईस पर अमल नही करता है तो उनको जरुर पूछिये की क्या इस्लाम ने यही शीखाया है? 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि तुम्हारी मेहनत की कमाई से 2.5% गरीबों को देना हर हालत में जरूरी हैं। 👉-इस्लाम कहता है कि तुम लोगों की मदद करोगे तो खुदा तुम्हारी मदद करेगा। और जो कुछ भी तुम अपने लिए चाहते हो वही सबके लिए भी चाहो तो ही एक सच्चे मुसलमान बन सकते हो। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि तुम एक महीने तक सुबह से शाम भूखे और प्यासे रहो ताकि तुम्हें एहसास हो सकें कि भूख और प्यास क्या होती हैं। 👉-इस्लाम कहता है कि तुम्हारे घर बेटी पैदा हो तो दुखी मत होना क्योंकि बेटियाँ तो खुदा की रहमत (इनाम) हैं और जो व्यक्ति अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से अपनी बेटी की परवरिश करें और उसकी अच्छे घर में शादी कराएँ तो वो जन्नत (स्वर्ग) में जायेगा। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि सबसे अच्छा आदमी वो हैं जो औरतों के साथ सबसे अच्छा सुलूक करता हैं। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि विधवाएं मनहूस नहीं होती इन्हें भी एक बेहतर जीवन जीने का पूरा अधिकार है। इसलिए विधवाओ और उनके बच्चों को अपनाओ। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि ऐ मुसलमानों जब नमाज पढ़ो तो एक दूसरे से कन्धे से कन्धा मिलाकर खड़े रहो क्योंकि तुम सब आपस मे बराबर हो तुम में से कोई छोटा या बड़ा नहीं हैं। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि ऐ मुसलमानों अपने पड़ोसियों से अच्छा बर्ताव करो चाहे तुम उन्हें जानते हो या न जानते हो। और खुद खाने से पहले अपने पड़ोसी को खाना खिलाओ। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि शराब और जुआ सारी बुराइयों की जड़ है। इनसे अपने आप को दूर रखे। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि मजदूर का पसीना सूखने से पहले पहले उसकी मजदूरी दे दो और कभी किसी गरीब और अनाथ की बददुआ न लेना नहीं तो बरबाद हो जाओगे। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि अपने आप को जलन (ईर्ष्या) से दूर रखो क्योंकि ये तुम्हारे (नेकियों) अच्छे कामों को ऐसे बरबाद कर देती हैं जैसे दीमक लकड़ी को। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि सबसे बड़ा जिहाद ये है कि कोई व्यक्ति अपनी इच्छाओं को मारे और अपने आप से लड़े। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि अगर खुश रहना चाहते हो तो किसी अमीर को मत देखो बल्कि गरीब को देखो तो खुश रहोगे। और लोगों से अच्छा बर्ताव करना सबसे बड़ा पुण्य का काम हैं। 👉-इस्लाम कहता है कि हमेशा नैतिकता और सच्चाई के रास्ते पर चलो। बोलों तो सच बोलों, वादा करो तो निभाओ और कभी किसी का दिल मत दुखाओ। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि सबसे बुरी दावत वह हैं जिसमें अमीरों को तो बुलाया जाता हैं, परन्तु गरीबों को नहीं बुलाया जाता हैं। 👉– पानी को ज़रूरत तक ही इस्तेमाल (उपयोग) करना और बिना वजह पानी का दुरूपयोग करना गुनाह (पाप) 👉– रास्ते में अगर कोई तक़लीफ़ देने वाली वस्तु (पत्थर,कील) होतो उसे किनारे करना जिससे दुसरो को पीड़ा न हो। 👉– इस्लाम कहता है कि अन्जान महिलाओ पर नज़र पड़े तो आँखें नीची कर लो क्योंकी गैर महिलाओ को बुरी नजर से देखना गुनाह(पाप) है। *कुरान सिर्फ मुसलमान की धार्मिक किताब नही है। कुरान तो हिन्दुस्तान ही नही दुनिया के हर इंसान के लिए हर समाज के लिए सही रास्ते पे चलने का और एक बेहतरीन जिंदगी जीने का रास्ता है।। हर इंसान को कुरान पढ़ना चाहिए ओर उसे समझना चाहिए….

M.I.Patel felicited Dr.Amjad Khan Pathan for his valuable devotion in Cancer research. I am personally ashamed that I was not aware of the existence of this noble and great man, Kalyanasundaram honoured by US Govt. I feel equally ashamed that India Govt has conferred 'Bharat Ratna' on Sachin Tendulkar, who seeks and gets exemption of customs duty on a 'Ferrari' which he got free, who reportedly earns crores of rupees(in hundreds) every year. Mr.Kalayanasundaram worked as a Librarian for 30 years. Every month in his 30 year experience (service), he donated his entire salary to help the needy. He worked as a server in a hotel to meet his needs. He donated even his pension amount of about ten lakh rupees to the needy. . He is the first person in the world to spend the entire earnings for a social cause. In recognition to his service, the American government honoured him with the ‘Man of the Millennium’ award. He received a sum of Rs 30 crores as part of this award which he distributed entirely for the needy as usual. Moved by his passion to help others, Super Star Rajinikanth adopted him as his father. He still stays as a bachelor and dedicated his entire life for serving the society. . All our Politicians, Film stars, Business magnets, cricketers Press and we all Indians should be PROUD and also should be ashamed of ourselves. *ये है इस्‍लाम में तीन तलाक की वो हकीकत, जिसे मुसलमान भी ठीक से नहीं जानते..!* यूं तो तलाक़ कोई अच्छी चीज़ नहीं है और सभी लोग इसको ना पसंद करते हैं। इस्लाम में भी यह एक बुरी बात समझी जाती है, लेकिन इसका मतलब यह हरगिज़ नहीं कि तलाक़ का हक ही इंसानों से छीन लिया जाए। दरअसल, पति-पत्नी में अगर किसी तरह भी निबाह नहीं हो पा रहा है, तो अपनी ज़िंदगी जहन्नुम बनाने से बेहतर है कि वो अलग होकर अपनी ज़िन्दगी का सफ़र अपनी मर्ज़ी से पूरा करें जो कि इंसान होने के नाते उनका हक है, इसलिए दुनिया भर के कानून में तलाक़ की गुंजाइश मौजूद है, और इसलिए पैगम्बरों के दीन (धर्म) में भी तलाक़ की गुंजाइश हमेशा से रही है। आइए अब जरा नजर डालते हैं पवित्र कुरान में तलाक के असल मायने क्‍या हैं? दरअसल, दीने इब्राहीम की रिवायात के मुताबिक अरब, जाहिलियत के दौर में भी तलाक़ से अनजान नहीं थे, उनका इतिहास बताता है कि तलाक़ का कानून उनके यहां भी लगभग वही था, जो अब इस्लाम में है, लेकिन कुछ बिदअतें उन्होंने इसमें भी दाखिल कर दी थीं। किसी जोड़े में तलाक की नौबत आने से पहले हर किसी की यह कोशिश होनी चाहिए कि जो रिश्ते की डोर एक बार बन्ध गई है,उसे मुमकिन हद तक टूटने से बचाया जाए। जब किसी पति-पत्नी का झगड़ा बढ़ता दिखाई दे, तो अल्लाह ने कुरान में उनके करीबी रिश्तेदारों और उनका भला चाहने वालों को यह हिदायतें दी है कि वो आगे बढ़ें और मामले को सुधारने की कोशिश करें। इसका तरीका कुरान ने यह बतलाया है कि “एक फैसला करने वाला शौहर के खानदान में से मुकर्रर (नियुक्त) करें और एक फैसला करने वाला बीवी के खानदान में से चुने और वो दोनों पक्ष मिल कर उनमे सुलह कराने की कोशिश करें। इससे उम्मीद है कि जिस झगड़े को पति पत्नी नहीं सुलझा सके वो खानदान के बुज़ुर्ग और दूसरे हमदर्द लोगों के बीच में आने से सुलझ जाए। कुरान ने इसे कुछ यूं बयान किया है – “और अगर तुम्हें शौहर बीवी में फूट पड़ जाने का अंदेशा हो तो एक हकम (जज) मर्द के लोगों में से और एक औरत के लोगों में से मुक़र्रर कर दो, अगर शौहर बीवी दोनों सुलह चाहेंगे तो अल्लाह उनके बीच सुलह करा देगा, बेशक अल्लाह सब कुछ जानने वाला और सब की खबर रखने वाला है” (सूरेह निसा-35). इसके बावजूद भी अगर शौहर और बीवी दोनों या दोनों में से किसी एक ने तलाक का फैसला कर ही लिया है, तो शौहर बीवी के खास दिनों (Menstruation) के आने का इंतजार करे, और खास दिनों के गुज़र जाने के बाद जब बीवी पाक़ हो जाए तो बिना हम बिस्तर हुए कम से कम दो जुम्मेदार लोगों को गवाह बना कर उनके सामने बीवी को एक तलाक दे, यानी शौहर हर बीवी से सिर्फ इतना कहे कि ”मैं तुम्हे तलाक देता हूं”। तलाक हर हाल में एक ही दी जाएगी दो या तीन या सौ नहीं, जो लोग जिहालत की हदें पार करते हुए दो तीन या हज़ार तलाक बोल देते हैं, यह इस्लाम के बिल्कुल खिलाफ अमल है और बहुत बड़ा गुनाह है। अल्लाह के रसूल (सल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम) के फरमान के मुताबिक जो ऐसा बोलता है, वो इस्लामी शरियत और कुरान का मज़ाक उड़ा रहा होता है। इस एक तलाक के बाद बीवी 3 महीने यानी 3 तीन हैज़ (जिन्हें इद्दत कहा जाता है और अगर वो प्रेग्नेंट है तो बच्चा होने तक) शौहर ही के घर रहेगी और उसका खर्च भी शौहर ही के जिम्‍मे रहेगा, लेकिन उनके बिस्तर अलग रहेंगे, कुरान ने सूरेह तलाक में हुक्म फ़रमाया है कि इद्दत पूरी होने से पहले ना तो बीवी को ससुराल से निकाला जाए और ना ही वो खुद निकले, इसकी वजह कुरान ने यह बतलाई है कि इससे उम्मीद है कि इद्दत के दौरान शौहर बीवी में सुलह हो जाए और वो तलाक का फैसला वापस लेने को तैयार हो जाएं। अक्ल की रौशनी से अगर इस हुक्म पर गौर किया जाए तो मालूम होगा कि इसमें बड़ी अच्छी हिकमत है। हर मआशरे (समाज) में बीच में आज भड़काने वाले लोग मौजूद होते ही हैं। अगर बीवी तलाक मिलते ही अपनी मां के घर चली जाए तो ऐसे लोगों को दोनों तरफ कान भरने का मौका मिल जाएगा, इसलिए यह ज़रूरी है कि बीवी इद्दत का वक़्त शौहर ही के घर गुज़ारे। फिर अगर शौहर बीवी में इद्दत के दौरान सुलह हो जाए, तो फिर से वो दोनों बिना कुछ किए शौहर और बीवी की हैसियत से रह सकते हैं। इसके लिए उन्हें सिर्फ इतना करना होगा कि जिन गवाहों के सामने तलाक दी थी, उन्‍हें खबर कर दें कि हमने अपना फैसला बदल लिया है, कानून में इसे ही ”रुजू” करना कहते हैं और यह ज़िन्दगी में दो बार किया जा सकता है, इससे ज्यादा नहीं। (सूरेह बक्राह-229) शौहर रुजू ना करे तो इद्दत के पूरा होने पर शौहर बीवी का रिश्ता ख़त्म हो जाएगा। लिहाज़ा कुरान ने यह हिदायत फरमाई है कि इद्दत अगर पूरी होने वाली है, तो शौहर को यह फैसला कर लेना चाहिए कि उसे बीवी को रोकना है या रुखसत करना है। दरअसल, दोनों ही सूरतों में अल्लाह का हुक्म है कि मामला भले तरीके से किया जाए। सूरेह बक्राह में हिदायत फरमाई है कि अगर बीवी को रोकने का फैसला किया है, तो यह रोकना वीबी को परेशान करने के लिए हरगिज़ नहीं होना चाहिए बल्कि सिर्फ भलाई के लिए ही रोका जाए। अल्लाह कुरान में फरमाता है – “और जब तुम औरतों को तलाक दो और वो अपनी इद्दत के खात्मे पर पहुंच जाए तो या तो उन्हें भले तरीक़े से रोक लो या भले तरीक़े से रुखसत कर दो, और उन्हें नुक्सान पहुंचाने के इरादे से ना रोको के उन पर ज़ुल्म करो, और याद रखो के जो कोई ऐसा करेगा वो दर हकीकत अपने ही ऊपर ज़ुल्म ढाएगा, और अल्लाह की आयातों को मज़ाक ना बनाओ और अपने ऊपर अल्लाह की नेमतों को याद रखो और उस कानून और हिकमत को याद रखो जो अल्लाह ने उतारी है जिसकी वो तुम्हे नसीहत करता है, और अल्लाह से डरते रहो और ध्यान रहे के अल्लाह हर चीज़ से वाकिफ है”। (सूरेह बक्राह-231) लेकिन अगर उन्होंने इद्दत के दौरान रुजू नहीं किया और इद्दत का वक़्त ख़त्म हो गया तो अब उनका रिश्ता ख़त्म हो जाएगा, अब उन्हें जुदा होना है। इस मौके पर कुरान ने कम से कम दो जगह (सूरेह बक्राह आयत 229 और सूरेह निसा आयत 20 में) इस बात पर बहुत ज़ोर दिया है कि मर्द ने जो कुछ बीवी को पहले गहने, कीमती सामान, रुपये या कोई जाएदाद तोहफे के तौर पर दे रखी थी, उसका वापस लेना शौहर के लिए बिल्कुल जायज़ नहीं है, वो सब माल जो बीवी को तलाक से पहले दिया था वो अब भी बीवी का ही रहेगा और वो उस माल को अपने साथ लेकर ही घर से जाएगी, शौहर के लिए वो माल वापस मांगना या लेना या बीवी पर माल वापस करने के लिए किसी तरह का दबाव बनाना बिल्कुल जायज़ नहीं है। (नोट– अगर बीवी ने खुद तलाक मांगी थी जबकि शौहर उसके सारे हक सही से अदा कर रहा था या बीवी खुली बदकारी पर उतर आई थी, जिसके बाद उसको बीवी बनाए रखना मुमकिन नहीं रहा था, तो मेहर के अलावा उसको दिए हुए माल में से कुछ को वापस मांगना या लेना शौहर के लिए जायज़ है।) अब इसके बाद बीवी आज़ाद है, वो चाहे जहां जाए और जिससे चाहे शादी करे, अब पहले शौहर का उस पर कोई हक बाकी नहीं रहा।) इसके बाद तलाक देने वाला मर्द और औरत जब कभी ज़िन्दगी में दोबारा शादी करना चाहें तो वो कर सकते हैं, इसके लिए उन्हें आम निकाह की तरह ही फिरसे निकाह करना होगा और शौहर को मेहर देने होंगे और बीवी को मेहर लेने होंगे। अब फ़र्ज़ करें कि दूसरी बार निकाह करने के बाद कुछ समय के बाद उनमे फिरसे झगड़ा हो जाए और उनमे फिरसे तलाक हो जाए तो फिर से वही पूरा प्रोसेस दोहराना होगा जो ऊपर बताया गया है। अब फ़र्ज़ करें कि दूसरी बार भी तलाक के बाद वो दोनों आपस में शादी करना चाहें तो शिरयत में तीसरी बार भी उन्हें निकाह करने की इजाज़त है। लेकिन अब अगर उनको तलाक हुई तो यह तीसरी तलाक होगी जिस के बाद ना तो रुजू कर सकते हैं और ना ही आपस में निकाह किया जा सकता है। हलाला : अब चौथी बार उनकी आपस में निकाह करने की कोई गुंजाइश नहीं, लेकिन सिर्फ ऐसे कि अपनी आज़ाद मर्ज़ी से वो औरत किसी दूसरे मर्द से शादी करे और इत्तिफाक़ से उनका भी निभा ना हो सके और वो दूसरा शौहर भी उसे तलाक दे दे या मर जाए तो ही वो औरत पहले मर्द से निकाह कर सकती है, इसी को कानून में ”हलाला” कहते हैं। लेकिन याद रहे यह इत्तिफ़ाक से हो तो जायज़ है, जान बूझकर या प्लान बना कर किसी और मर्द से शादी करना और फिर उससे सिर्फ इसलिए तलाक लेना ताकि पहले शौहर से निकाह जायज़ हो सके यह साजिश सरासर नाजायज़ है और अल्लाह के रसूल (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) ने ऐसी साजिश करने वालों पर लानत फरमाई है। खुला: अगर सिर्फ बीवी तलाक चाहे तो उसे शौहर से तलाक मांगना होगी, अगर शौहर नेक इंसान होगा तो ज़ाहिर है वो बीवी को समझाने की कोशिश करेगा और फिर उसे एक तलाक दे देगा, लेकिन अगर शौहर मांगने के बावजूद भी तलाक नहीं देता तो बीवी के लिए इस्लाम में यह आसानी रखी गई है कि वो शहर काज़ी (जज) के पास जाए और उससे शौहर से तलाक दिलवाने के लिए कहे। दरअसल, इस्लाम ने काज़ी को यह हक़ दे रखा है कि वो उनका रिश्ता ख़त्म करने का ऐलान कर दे, जिससे उनकी तलाक हो जाएगी, कानून में इसे ”खुला” कहा जाता है। यही तलाक का सही तरीका है, लेकिन अफ़सोस की बात है कि हमारे यहां इस तरीके की खिलाफ वर्जी भी होती है और कुछ लोग बिना सोचे-समझे इस्लाम के खिलाफ तरीके से तलाक देते हैं, जिससे खुद भी परेशानी उठाते हैं और इस्लाम की भी बदनामी होती है! ये है इस्‍लाम में तीन तलाक की वो हकीकत, जिसे मुसलमान भी ठीक से नहीं जानते..! ये है (90):4-7) HADITH : " Abu Hurayrah ra: reported : that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “A man said: I shall certainly give charity. He went out with his charity and placed it in the hand of a thief. The next morning, they said: He gave charity to a thief. He said: O Allah, praise be to You; I shall certainly give charity (again). He went out with his charity and placed it in the hands of a prostitute. The next morning they said: Last night he gave charity to a prostitute. He said: O Allah, praise be to You... I shall certainly give charity (again).’ He went out with his charity and placed it in the hand of a rich man. The next morning, they said, Last night he gave charity to a rich man. He said: O Allah, to You be praise for a thief, a prostitute and a rich man. Hence when the man gave charity to the rich man and the next morning the people were saying,, “ Last night he gave charity to a rich man,” it was said to the one who had given charity and regretted giving it to the rich man, “as for what you gave in charity to the rich man, it has been accepted.” Allah, may He be glorified and exalted does not burden any soul with more than it can bear and He does not oblige you to try to find out about a person so that you can be absolutely certain. He says (boastfully): "I have wasted wealth in abundance!" Thinks he that none sees him? (90):4-7) HADITH : " Abu Hurayrah ra: reported : that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “A man said: I shall certainly give charity. He went out with his charity and placed it in the hand of a thief. The next morning, they said: He gave charity to a thief. He said: O Allah, praise be to You; I shall certainly give charity (again). He went out with his charity and placed it in the hands of a prostitute. The next morning they said: Last night he gave charity to a prostitute. He said: O Allah, praise be to You...
