3) Home Remedies for Backache:
Lime juice serves as an excellent home remedy for backache. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and add common salt in it. Drink it two times in a day. It will act as a great back pain reliever.
As a part of back pain home remedy treatment, raw potato in the form of poultice is to be applied on the pain affected area.
Usually Vitamin C that is mainly found in citrus fruits is considered valuable for getting rid of backaches. Consume about 2000 mg of this vitamin everyday.
Applying garlic oil on the back gives immense relief from back pain. Take about 10 small garlic pieces and fry them in oil on a low flame. You can either use sesame oil, coconut oil or mustard oil. Fry till the garlic cloves turn light brown. Let the oil prepared from garlic cool completely.
Thereafter apply it on the back and keep it for about three hours. In a couple of days, you'll feel its magical effects

પાંચ વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરનાં બાળકોના પોષણની મહારાષ્ટ્રની સ્થિતિ અન્ય રાજ્ય
કરતાં ભલે સારી હશે, પરંતુ રાજ્યમાં ૩૭ ટકા બાળકોનું વજન હોવું જોઈએ તેના
કરતાં ઓછું છે. દેશમાં આ વયજૂથમા કુપોષિત છોકરા-છોકરીની ટકાવારી ૪૨.૫ છે.
મહિલા અને બાળવિકાસ મંત્રાલયે રાષ્ટ્રીય કુટુંબ આરોગ્ય સર્વેક્ષણ-૩ના આંકડા
રજૂ કર્યા હતા. આની સાથે જ આઈસીડીએસનો અહેવાલ પણ પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવ્યો
હતો. દેશમાં ૬૪ ટકા છોકરાઓને પૂરક આહાર મળ્યો છે. જોકે પૂરક આહાર મહિનામાં
૨૫ને બદલે ૧૬ દિવસ જ મળ્યો હતો, એવું અહેવાલ જણાવે છે. ૮૭ ટકા બાલવાડીમાં
પીવાના પાણીની વ્યવસ્થા છે, જ્યારે ૬૯ ટકા બાલવાડીમાં છોકરાઓનું વજન

Money is no doubt required for a nutritious, well-balanced diet, clothing according to the season, a reasonable dwelling place, needs of the family like health and education and for fulfilling social obligations. But how much do we really need for all these?

1. Money can buy delicious food, but not an appetite to really enjoy it.
2. Money can buy expensive beds, but not sleep.
3. Money can buy expensive medicines, but not health.
4. Money can buy blood, but not life.

ख़ूबसूरती - जिसके पीछे दुनिया भागती है, जिसके पीछे दुनिया दीवानी है I
क्या है ये ख़ूबसूरती? क्योँ भागती है दुनिया इसके पीछे? दुनिया क्यूँ
दीवानी है इसके पीछे ? ये कुछ ऐसे प्रश्न है, जिनका जवाब कोई नहीं देता
परन्तु मानते सभी हैं I यह और बात है कि कोई जल्दी मान लेता है तो कोई देर
से मानता है I ठीक वैसे ही जैसे कुछ लोगों को भगवान् शुरू में ही सद्बुद्धि
दे देता है, तो कुछ लोगों को ठोकरें खाने के बाद ही अक्ल आती है और जो
ठोकरें खाकर भी नहीं संभलते, वो अपनी जिन्दगी बरबाद कर लेते हैं I क्या आप
लोगों को यह भी मैं ही समझाऊ कि हमारी अपनी भलाई हमारी सद्बुद्धि से ठीक
वैसे ही जुड़ी है, जैसे कि मानवता की भलाई हम सबके सुंदर विचारों से I
अक्सर लोग बाहरी यानि तन की सुन्दरता की तरफ जल्दी आकर्षित होते है जबकि
वास्तविक सुन्दरता हमारे मन के अंदर होती है, जो अक्सर हमारे विचारों से ही
दुनिया को दिखलाई पड़ती है I इतिहास गवाह है कि मानवता की भलाई हमेशा
विचारों की सुन्दरता से ही होती है, तन की नहीं I तन की सुन्दरता को बढ़ाने
के लिए तो कुछ सौंदर्य प्रसाधन बाज़ार में उपलब्ध है, जिनके लिए हमें पैसे
खर्च करने पड़ते हैं I परन्तु मन की सुन्दरता को निखारने के लिए तो हमें
कुछ भी खर्च करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती क्यूंकि इसके लिए हमें अकेले में
अपने मन के अंदर झाँकना पड़ता है और उस आत्मा से जो हम सबके अंदर मौजूद है,
जिसके बिना जीवन की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती, जिस आत्मा को हम सभी उस
परमपिता परमात्मा का ही अंश मानते हैं, अक्सर अपनी उसी आत्मा से बाते करनी
पड़ती है और उसी बारबार से यह पूछते रहना पड़ता है कि जो कुछ हम कर रहे हैं
वो कहीं गलत तो नहींI और यह बात मैं दावे से कह सकती हूँ कि वो हमे कभी भी
कोई भी गलत सलाह/परामर्श नहीं देती I लिखने को तो मैं इस विषय पर इतना लिख
सकती हूँ कि मुझे लिखते हुए और आप लोगो को पढ़ते हुए आराम से कई दिन बीत
जायेंगें, परन्तु फिर आप भी बोर हो जायेंगें और मैं भी अपने अस्वस्थ होने
के कारण ज्यादा देर तक बैठ कर नहीं लिख सकती, इसलिए इस पर और ज्यादा कुछ न
कहते हुए मन की सुन्दरता के कुछ उद्धाहरण आपको पेश कर रही हूँ, जो मुझे
सुंदर लगे और आशा है कि आप सबको भी पसंद आयेंगे :-
खूबसूरत है वो लब, जिन पर दूसरों के लिए एक दुआ हो
